Ship to Store

Select items can be shipped to any of our U.S. retail locations for free pickup. See store list.

Processing Time

  • Same-day shipping: Orders placed by 1pm PT (Mon-Fri) with expedited shipping will ship the same day if items are in stock.
  • Standard processing: 1-2 business days for most items.
  • Extended handling: Bikes and oversized items may take up to 5 business days to prepare.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method. Track your order via the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Special Addresses

We ship to:

  • PO/APO/FPO addresses: Free shipping excluded; delivery may take up to 8 weeks.
  • Hotels/offices/forwarders: Deliveries are accepted, but we’re not liable for loss/damage after delivery.

Oversized Items

Skis, surfboards, and bikes require special shipping arrangements. Pricing varies by product type. See details.

International Restrictions

Some brands cannot be shipped outside the U.S. due to manufacturer policies. Check eligible items.

Signature Requirements
