Returns & Exchanges Policy

Easy Returns Process

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. To initiate a return:

  1. Visit anoutdoorcompany.com/returns-portal
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Print the prepaid return label
  4. Ship items back in original packaging

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is free for U.S. orders

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return the original item using the standard process
  2. Place a new order for your preferred size
  3. Email us for price protection on sale items

Special Items

  • Bikes/Skis/Boards: 15-day return window, must be unused
  • Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Used Gear: Only eligible if defective (see warranty)

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds processed in USD; currency conversion fees may apply
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns processing

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Do not use the returns portal
  2. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  3. We’ll cover return shipping for verified defects
