Returns & Exchanges Policy
Easy Returns Process
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. To initiate a return:
- Visit anoutdoorcompany.com/returns-portal
- Enter your order number and email address
- Print the prepaid return label
- Ship items back in original packaging
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for U.S. orders
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return the original item using the standard process
- Place a new order for your preferred size
- Email us for price protection on sale items
Special Items
- Bikes/Skis/Boards: 15-day return window, must be unused
- Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned (clearly marked at purchase)
- Used Gear: Only eligible if defective (see warranty)
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds processed in USD; currency conversion fees may apply
- Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns processing
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a defective product:
- Do not use the returns portal
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping for verified defects
