The Race Face Turbine Handlebar represents a revolutionary new approach to handlebar compliance. Through rigorous testing and rider feedback, Race Face honed in on a Goldilocks Tune defining the balance of vertical compliance and lateral stiffness preferred by 85% of riders. The Race Face Turbine Handlebar is the result – an all new line featuring width specific alloy layups engineered to minimize arm pump and hand fatigue. Designed to be trimmed no more than 10-15mm, the Turbine provides the best possible compliance and ride feel at every width.

GL Tune– Race Face set out to find the optimal balance of verticalcompliance and lateral stiffness (based entirely on rider feedback) and found that 85% of riders preferred one particular sweet spot of vertical compliance. That number is what they now refer to as the Goldilocks Tune or GL Tune. Anything higher than this number was too stiff, anything lower was too flexible.
