The DPS Kaizen 100 Skis feature a versatile 100mm waist, plenty of tip rocker for flotation in deeper snow, and a shorter 15 meter turn radius for quick directional changes in trees or bumps. If there’s a ski that can better for a wider range of conditions, we’d like to see it. The new Kaizen construction, with a split core using two different hardwoods, is a big step up in terms of smooth and damp performance, especially on hard snow.

-    Terrain:    All-Mountain                                    All-MountainAll-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.           Â
